Something about the feel of this knife
To say that this knife is sharp does not do justice. For its size it is surprisingly light yet brutal in it's job. The feel you experience while cutting onions is on another level compared to the rest of the knives I use.

A blast of nitrogen gas-atomizes and instantly solidifies molten, particle-sized steel ingots. Ingots so small, they cool instantaneously, for smaller and more concentrated carbides—and a significant increase in toughness. The resulting particles are then processed and reheated in a hot isostatic press to make one solid ingot, now capable of the most intense grinding.
