Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty and Return Policy (this “Warranty and Return Policy”), DJO Ventures Inc., d/b/a Artisan Revere, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Artisan Revere”, “we” or “us”) warrants to the consumer or the entity who or which is the initial purchaser or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient of this Artisan Revere knife (“you” or “your”) that such product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions (as described below) for your lifetime.
All Artisan Revere knives are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for life, so long as your knife is used correctly. If you have an issue with your Artisan Revere knife, we’re happy to replace it, fix it, or refund you. Rest assured, we check and re-check our knives at every stage in the process. If there are any issues, please tell us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos and describe the problem in detail.
This Warranty covers: (a) all parts of this product (except as noted below) and (b) defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and conditions in the United States of America. For purposes of this Warranty, “normal use and conditions” means use and conditions that (i) are in connection with appropriate culinary purposes as intended by Artisan Revere and (ii) are not described in whole or part in the exclusions outlined in the next part of this Warranty.
Artisan Revere products are professionally crafted tools, but are not indestructible. Each of the following is excluded from this Warranty:
- Injuries and damage (including without limitation bent tips, chipped or broken blades and cracked or melted handles) caused by or resulting from in whole or part any or all of the following: modification(s) not authorized by Artisan Revere, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God including without limitation fire, tornados, hurricanes or earthquakes.
- Improper storage, accidents including drops, dishwasher use, inappropriate use including without limitation cutting frozen foods or bones, opening jars or cans, using highly abrasive brushes resulting in scratches, and cutting on dense surfaces such as glass, ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, and stainless steel.
- Normal product wear and tear.
- Commercial, professional, or workplace.
- Minor imperfections and color variations, which are normal.
Artisan Revere’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Artisan Revere shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will Artisan Revere’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
This warranty is limited to the original consumer or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient of this Artisan Revere knife with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void.
This warranty covers the Artisan Revere knives only, and Artisan Revere does not make any warranty, implied or otherwise, about the Limited Edition Work Sharp E5 or any other associated products, including but not limited to the Master Belt Kit. Returns and Exchanges
We at Artisan Revere stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns within the first 60 days from the day your order is delivered. We can issue returns only to the original form of payment.
If you live in the continental US, we can provide you a pre-addressed shipping label to assist with your return. We will cover return shipping. However, please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international orders. We do, however, happily honor the same policy of returns within 60 days from these areas.
Customized items are not eligible for return.

Changes to these Terms
We may modify this Warranty and Return Policy at any time in our sole discretion. We will post notice of changes to this Warranty and Return Policy on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will only become effective if you purchase a product after the modified terms are posted.
